2. Registration

  • Is it important for participants to know English?
    All sessions will be conducted in English, so a good understanding of English is necessary to fully participate in the conference.
  • Can both men and women attend CrossLife 2025?
    Yes, CrossLife 2025 is open to both men and women.
  • Can I book for a group?
    Yes, group bookings for 5 or more people are available. Each group member must be registered at the same time.
  • Can my registration be transferred to someone else?
    No, registrations are non-transferable. Please ensure the registration is completed using the correct name.

3. Accommodation

  • What are the accommodation options?
    Accommodation will be provided in dormitory-style arrangements. Lodging and meals are included in the registration fee.
  • Is there dormitory-style accommodation available?
    Yes, accommodation will be in shared rooms. No single rooms are available.
  • How early can participants check in on the 20th?
    Check-in is open at any time on 20th October 2025.
  • Can I stay outside and only attend the sessions?
    Yes, you can stay off-campus and attend all the sessions.
  • Is there a different rate for participants who are staying off-campus?
    No, the registration fee is the same for all participants, regardless of accommodation arrangements.

4. Food

  • What about food during the conference?
    Meals are included in the registration fee for all participants. Please note that we cannot help those who have special needs or allergies regarding food. They need to make their own arrangements.
  • What is the first meal of the conference?
    The first meal of the conference will be lunch on 20th October.
  • What is the last meal of the conference?
    The last meal will be lunch on 22nd October before the conference concludes.

5. Travel

    You can search for “Ashirwad Global Learning Centre” on any map service to find directions. It’s easily accessible from Hyderabad’s major transport hubs.
  • Travel Plan
    We encourage participants to plan their travel early. Train and flight bookings should be made in advance to secure good prices and ensure availability. Be sure to mark your calendars for June 2025 when train tickets become available for booking.
